INFO
My passionate desire is to creatively communicate a message of hope and healing.
For over twenty years, I have been providing affair recovery coaching and counseling to individuals and couples. My passion was born out of my own infidelity experience, which led to personal and relationship changes. I openly shared my story and, eventually, family and friends encouraged me to become a counselor.
Since then, I’ve not only been offering counseling for infidelity issues, but have also created online resources for individuals and couples working through problems, from everyday relationship challenges to the crisis of betrayal.
In my early twenties, long before I knew I would become a counselor, I identified this as my life mission: “To creatively communicate a message of hope and healing to wounded people.” Here are some specific ways I work to make that statement a reality…
Help individuals and couples navigate the early stages of betrayal from an affair or other trust-breaking issues.
Encourage injured partners toward healthy choices, whether out of the relationship or back into it.
Guide unfaithful partners toward clarity in understanding why they made their choices, and what changes they need to make now.
Teach couples how to grow their relationship by defining their shared vision, building (or rebuilding) a strong foundation of trust, identifying the needs of each partner, and learning how to seek connection even during negative encounters.
Help clients understand their patterns (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, relational): where they come from, how they help or hinder, and how they can change.
Would any of these be a good fit for your needs? Schedule a free phone consultation to find out more.
